BPA chief executive Keith Banbury sets out the need for a sector skills strategy for parking: Steering a path toward more effective training

The British Parking Association (BPA) recognised some time ago that greater training would help raise the standard and quality of individuals working within the parking sector. Following wide consultation, the BPA is developing a sector skills strategy for parking to enable the Industry to modernise and improve its performance by developing a better trained workforce. In pursuing this goal, the BPA is being supported financially by the Sector Skills Development Agency (SSDA).
