SAI Global Buys QMI Division of CSA

SAI Global Limited (ASX:SAI) of Sydney, Australia recently completed purchase of the Quality Management Institute (QMI), a division of the Canadian Standards Association (CSA). According to SATs Chief Executive Officer, Tony Scotton, "This transaction delivers on the company's strategy to build a truly global assurance business. SAI will have the largest market share in the United States, Canada, Australia, and Mexico, and significant footprints in Europe and Asia."
