摘要

The structure and properties of alloy VT1-0 subjected to equichannel angular compaction and cold rolling are studied. A comparative analysis making use of the mechanical properties, amplitude-dependent internal friction, and structure of the alloy in the coarse-grained cold-rolled state is performed. It is shown that when the alloy is subjected to equichannel angular compaction, an ultra-fine-grained structure is formed that supports optimal properties. The features of the structural transformations in the cold-strained ultra-fine-grained alloy with subsequent isochronous annealing are established. Effects of amplitude-dependent internal friction that reflect the variation of the mobility of a dislocation ensemble and level of residual stresses in the ultra-fine-grained state in annealing are discovered.
