Prices cover a wide spread at present, ranging from the mid-$370s pt fob Muuga for small lots of prilled urea to industrial users to the low-$360s pt fob fast ports for larger quantities. St Petersburg remains a problem due to ice and no new sales are reported from there. Falling freight rates have permitted some lower cfr prices in Latin American markets, with sales made to Pacific coast destinations at the same levels achieved for Caribbean and Atlantic ports last week.
