Electrospun Nanoporous Spheres with Chinese Drug

摘要

Nanoporous structures are of indispensable importance for the development of tissue engineering, invisibility device (e.g. stealth plane) and other potential applications. In this letter, a kind of traditional Chinese drugs called Yunnan Baiyo is used as an additive in the electrospinning to produce nanoporous micro spheres. The number and size of micro spheres with nanoporosity can be controlled by tunable voltage applied in the electrospinning process.
