摘要

Based on the random fractal model of drop distributions, the fractal dimension of the model is given out. The physical significance of fractal dimension and its different parameters is presented. The variation of fractal dimension under different parameters is analyzed respectively. And a series of experiments are conducted under vacuum. Experimentally, the mechanism of the wall temperature variation of ion-implanted copper tube and common copper tube is illustrated basing on the fractal dimension. The experimental results are in good qualitative agreement with the theoretical analysis. The different influence of fractal dimension on two kinds of tube bunch is found out.
