In my early years as editor in chief of the American Journal of Roent-genology (AJR), we reviewed the structural changes in the journal and the importance of interaction among editors, reviewers, and authors. We continue to look for ways to improve our communication with our authors, reviewers, and readers. With this in mind, we plan an open question and answer session at the upcoming ARRS annual meeting. On Monday, April 15, 2013, we will be holding a 1.5-hour panel discussion at the ARRS annual meeting focused on how to get a manuscript published and on publication ethics. The journal staff and most of the section editors will be available to address questions on these issues. The question and answer session will last about 45 minutes, and the brief panel presentations will set the stage for your questions. All of the needed resources will be available.
