摘要

Mesoporous silica,a form of SiO2 with periodic organization of channels on the nanometer length scale,is formed by an aqueous liquid-crystal-templating route.This approach has been used to prepare a wide range of oxides and heavier chalcogenides,but making mesostructured materials with other compositions remains a significant challenge.
