Maiden resource estimate for Burkina Faso gold project targeted

Gold and base metals explo-ration company Alecto Minerals is on track to achieve a maiden resource estimate for its 399.5 km2 Kerboule gold project in the highly prospective Birimian-age Djibo gold belt, in northern Burkina Faso, later this year. The company last month announced that a detailed internal analysis of the project's historical drilling data identified three discrete deposits with sufficient drilling density to estimate contained resource ounces.
