Two Natural Gas Compressor Packages for Underground Natural Gas Storage at Stogit Gas Reservoir in Northern Italy. SAFE S.r.l. of Italy has announced the sale of two natural gas compressor packages for underground natural gas storage at Stogit gas reservoir of Bordolano, near Cremona, in Northern Italy. The order issued by Bonatti/Stogit in May 2008 refers to two 4358 hp (3250 kW) packages to be commissioned in May 2009. SAFE is presently engineering the packages at its San Giovanni in Persiceto (Bologna) headquarters. Final assembly will be carried out by GI&E of Porto Recanati, which is also official packager for all GE Nuovo Pignone balanced opposed reciprocating compressors of the H line.
