The governmental order of the russian federation from july, 22nd, 2008 No 559 settles one more problem question in sphere of social support of participants of wars and local conflicts. After long-term interdepartmental correspondence and coordination the structures and authorities, which are authorised to give out (to change) certificates of participants of combatant operations are certain, at last.rnUntil recently as the documents confirming the status of the veteran of operations the Certificate of the veteran of the operations,approved as the governmental order of the Russian Federation in December, 2003, and the Certificate on the right to privileges (the Soviet sample) were considered. From a legal position, already here «mine» was incorporated - in the law «About veterans» is precisely registered: there should be the certificate of the uniform sample established for each category of veterans.rnThe similar problem existed earlier also among veterans of the Great Patriotic war. To solve it was possible only in 1999.
