Every company claims to listen and "put our customers first". But how much of that is true - is it merely PR puff and paying lip service? Stark examples of customer service are not always forthcoming, which is why in recent months it has been refreshing to hear two stories of not just.service but active customer participation in deciding product development in the electric power industry.
