New Oxygen Isotope Data on Granitoids of Primorskaya

摘要

The oxygen isotopic composition of rock-forming minerals furnishes valuable information about formation conditions of rocks. The crustal igneous rocks are enriched in ~(18)O relative to the mantle-derived rocks, which are characterized by δ~(18)O = 6‰. The highest δ~(18)O values from +12 to +20‰ are typical of sedimentary rocks. The granitic rocks of Primorskaya are poorly studied with respect to their isotopic composition. No purposeful studies of ~(87)Sr/~(86)Sr and δ~(18)O ratios were performed in this region. Sporadic data on Sr isotopic compositions are available for the region of the Vostok-2, Tigrinoe, Lermontovskoe, and Arsen'evskoe ore deposits.
