沪杭高铁对浙江经济发展的影响及其战略取向

Huhang high - speed railway will prompt zhejiang economic development with driving effect, but also may cause negative influences. This paper analyzes positive and negative external effects of the huhang high - speed railway on economic development of Zhejiang. Aiming at how to make full use of the positive effects and avoid negative external effects, strategic orientation of promoting Huhang high - speed belts symbiotic development is proposed from cultivating symbiotic chain, building symbiotic degrees, improving the symbiotic pattern, and optimizing the symbiotic environment etc.%沪杭高铁对浙江沿线经济发展具有极大的推动作用,但同时也可能会造成消极影响.分析了沪杭高铁对浙江沿线经济发展的正外部效应和负外部效应,针对如何更充分地发挥沪杭高铁正外部效应,规避负外部效应,基于共生视角从培育共生链、打造共生度、改进共生模式、优化共生环境等方面提出了促进沪杭高铁经济带共生发展的战略取向.
