基于效率组合的中国区域RD绩效研究

摘要

In recent years, R&D input has been increasing in various regions of China. At the same time, it is particularly important to give comprehensive comparison and correct evaluation on R&D performance. By using super efficiency DEA method, the paper estimates efficiency value of Chinas 30 regions in 2009 by different input and output of combination to form efficiency combination, then reuses the principal component analysis for comprehensive evaluation. At last we analyze R&D performance of different regions, and put forward policy recommendations.%近年来,中国各地区R&D投入持续增加,在R&D投入不断增加的同时,对R&D绩效进行综合比较和正确评价就显得尤为重要.利用超效率DEA方法测算中国30个地区2009年不同投入产出组合的效率值,形成效率组合,再利用主成分分析法进行综合评价,对不同区域的R＆D绩效进行比较分析,并提出相关对策建议.
