我国高校研发活动的空间非均衡性及其演变

摘要

根据2000-2011年31个省市高校研究与开发经费支出数据，对高校研发投入和产出情况进行了描述统计，借鉴区域经济学中地区差距的衡量指标从集中度系数、变异系数、Theil系数和基尼系数四个方面描述我国高校研发活动的空间非均衡性。结果显示，我国高校研发活动呈现明显的非均衡性，但是随着时间的变化，逐渐从非均衡格局向均衡格局转变。%According to the colleges’R&D cost data of 31 provinces from the year of 2000 to 2011,this article describes the situation of R&D investment and output. Then,using the indexes on regional economics to measure regional gaps for reference,this article represents the spatial imbalance of Chinese colleges’R&D activities from the angles of concentration coefficient,coefficient of variation,Theil coefficient,and Gink coefficient. Results show that Chinese colleges’R&D ac-tivities have obvious spatial imbalance. However,with the change of time,the spatial imbalance is turning into spatial bal-ance.
