Using the data from 189 employees in 21 work teams,we verify the construct of collective energy,and test the relationship among collective energy,transformational leadership and unit effectiveness. The results indicate:collective en-ergy questionnaire has good construct validity;collective energy has positive impacts on unit inside effectiveness and firm performance;transformational leadership has positive impacts on collective energy and unit effectiveness;collective energy plays a mediator role in the process of transformational leadership impacting unit inside effectiveness and firm performance.%以21个工作团队,189名企业员工为研究对象,对集体能量测量问卷的结构进行验证,探讨集体能量、变革型领导与单元效能之间的关系。结果显示,集体能量测量问卷有良好的结构效度;集体能量对单元内部效能和公司绩效有积极预测作用;变革型领导对集体能量有积极预测作用;集体能量在变革型领导与单元内部效能与公司绩效之间起到显著中介作用。
