经济转型视角下的山西人才结构优化策略分析

         

摘要

Personnel Resources with powerful stock,high - speed increment and reasonable personnel structure can sup-port the smooth transition from resource economy in Shanxi province. The status of personnel industrial structure,trade structure and hierarchy in Shanxi Province are investigated in accordance with three relevant indexes:industry structure de-viation degree,static coordination degree and dynamic coordination degree. The survey indicates that the personnel struc-ture in Shanxi Province does not match with the industrial structure. Therefore,some measures and suggestions are pro-posed so as to provide the personnel structure team which are made up of high quality and high efficiency personnel to sup-port economic transformation of Shanxi province.%山西资源型经济的顺利转型必须以强大的人才存量、高速的人才增量、配置合理的人才结构作为支撑。运用产业结构偏离度、静态协调度、动态协调度3个指标,分别对山西人才产业结构、行业结构、层次结构现状进行分析,得出山西经济转型与人才结构之间的不匹配因素。由此,为提供一批优质、高效的人才结构团队以支撑山西经济转型发展提出对策建议。
