研究型大学引进高端科研人才的特征、问题与效能

         

摘要

Research universities are an important source of developing science & technology as well as introducing & cultivating high-end talents in China,and high-end scientific research talents are leading ones in the construction and development of research universities.Due to institutional obstacles and human factors,there is a dilemma of introducing talents in research universities to some extent,which can be attributed to ignore inherent characteristics of talents and laws of talents' affairs.Since introducing high-end scientific research talents is a very complicated and systematic process,this paper makes the following suggestions:to clarify the introduction and cultivation of high-end scientific research talents,to give full consideration to the characteristics of high-end scientific research talents,to find out the mistakes of introducing talents and to maximize the efficiency in introducing high-end scientific research talents.%中国研究型大学是国家科技成果研发和高端科研人才引培的重要源泉.高端科研人才是研究型大学建设发展的领军人才.研究型大学在引才聚才过程中存在体制性障碍和人为制约因素,这在一定程度上造成研究型大学的引才困境,究其根源是忽略高端人才自身特征和人才工作规律所致.研究型大学引进高端科研人才是一项极其复杂的系统工程,要理清引进和培养高端科研人才工作思路,充分考虑高端科研人才的特征,明确目前人才引进的误区,最大发挥引进高端科研人才的效能.
