以2006-2015年期间广东省颁布的77项人才政策为研究样本,从政策年度、政策类型、颁布主体和文种类型4个方面对广东近10年省人才政策进行统计分析,系统阐述2006-2015年期间广东人才政策的类型分布、主要特点及存在问题,并提出若干对策建议,为下一阶段广东人才政策的制定提供方向和建议.%By sampling 77 talent police texts of Guangdong during the 2006-2015 period,the paper analyzes these policy texts under the quaternary system of policy year,policy type,enactment of the principal and paper types and then systematically expounds the type distribution,main characteristics and existing problems oftalent policy ofGuangdong,and finally puts forward some suggestions.
