液黏传动摩擦副流场特性分析

         

摘要

为了分析液黏传动在纯油膜剪切阶段下摩擦副间隙内流体传热特性对流场特性的影响,以一对双圆弧油槽摩擦副间隙内流场为研究对象,建立绝热边界条件下流场特性的简化数学模型,对工作液黏温特性进行实验测定.通过考虑油液的黏温特性,利用ANSYS CFX软件对流场进行数值模拟,获得不同工况条件下流场的流速特性、温度特性以及压力特性.研究表明:流体流速沿径向总体整体呈递增趋势,流体流线轨迹整体成抛物线.流场温度在沿径向方向整体呈递增趋势,流场的温升幅度随转速差增大而增大,随入口流量增大而降低.流场压力沿径向近似线性递减,流场压差随流场入口流量增大而增大,而摩擦副转速差对流场压差影响较小.%In order to analyze the influence of the heat transfer characteristics on the fluid flow in full oil film stage,the flow field between a pair of double arc groove friction gap in liquid viscosity speed regulation clutch was the research object.A simplified mathematic model was established.The fluid characteristics under different conditions were obtained by using the ANSYS CFX with consideration of viscosity-temperature characteristics.The results indicate that the speed of flow shows an increasing trend along the radial direction.Fluid flow path is parabolic.The flow field temperature shows an increasing trend along the radial direction,the flow field temperature increases with the difference speed increases,and the flow field temperature decreases with the increase of the inlet flow.The flow field pressure shows a decreasing trend along the radial direction.It also indicates that pressure difference increases as input flow rate increases.Rotational speed difference has little effect on the pressure.
