我国大城市地区新城发展模式及路径研究

摘要

Globalization and fast urbanization has promoted new city development. New cities ease congestion in nearby great cities and improve regional competitive power, and nonetheless resulted in some empty new cities phenomenon. New cities around great cities in China should follow industry-residential-commercial development trajectory, choose suitable comprehensive development model.%在经济全球化、快速城镇化内外动力叠加的背景下,我国迎来了新城建设的高速发展时期.新城在起到缓解城市过度集聚、提升区域竞争力等作用的同时,也无可避免地出现了一些新城变"空城"的现象.我国应在借鉴国外新城建设成功经验的基础上,依据自身情况选择适宜的新城发展模式.现阶段我国大城市地区的新城建设应以综合型新城模式为主,主要遵循产业(工作)-居住-商业及商务功能培育的成长路径,以推动新城的健康发展.
