广州生态城市规划建设的困境与创新

摘要

建设生态城市已成为我国城市普遍追求的目标，但多年的生态城市实践并未扭转生态环境恶化的局面。文章以广州为例，着重从规划角度反思当前生态城市规划建设实效不足的问题，结合广州的探索与实践，提出按照“基础分析—技术应用—实施保障—绩效评估”完善与创新生态规划的策略框架，为生态文明与新型城镇化背景下的城市规划建设提供参考。%Ecological city development in recent years has not yet turned the deterioration of environment. The paper studies Guangzhou practice, reflects the inefficiency of ecological urban development, raises a “basic analysis-technical application-implementation insurance-performance evaluation” framework for ecological planning, and provides a reference for cities towards ecological civilization and new urbanization development.
