食品塑料包装中纳米氧化钛填料的分布及迁移特性

摘要

Distribution and morphology of nano-meter TiO2 in food plastic package were studied by means of SEM.It was found that nanometer TiO2 reunited easily.The migration character of Nano-meter TiO2 was in-vestigated,by simulate testing in four food simulants including water,4% acetic acids,20% alcohol and n-hexane.The results showed migration in 4% acetic acid was largest and least in 20% alcohol.%借助扫描电镜观察了市售和自制食品塑料包装中纳米氧化钛颗粒的分布及其形态，发现氧化钛纳米颗粒以团聚状分布于聚合物基体中，且不均匀；通过水、4％乙酸、20％乙醇和正己烷4种食品模拟迁移试验，考察了纳米氧化钛迁移规律，其迁移量在酸性环境下最大，酒精类环境下最小。
