珍珠菜的化学成分研究

         

摘要

Eight known compounds were isolated from the roots of Lysimachia clethroides. Their structures were elucidated as following based on spectral methods as kaempferol-3-O-β-D-glueopyranoside ( 1 ), kaempferol-3-O-β-D-(2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl) glucopyranoside (2), (+) -catechin (3), (-) -epicatechin (4), (+) -gallocatechin (5), (-) -epigallocatechin (6), (E) -2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), and 2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-3 -O-β-D-glucopyranoside (8). All compounds were isolated for the first time from the roots of this plant.%从珍珠菜(Lysimachia clethroides)根部分离得到8个化合物,通过波谱数据结合理化性质分别鉴定为山奈素-3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),山奈素-3-O-β-D-(2-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖)吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),(+)-儿茶素(3),(-)-表儿茶素(4),(+)-没食子儿茶素(5),(-)-表没食子儿茶素(6),(E)-2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-2-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7)和2,3,5,4'-tetrahydroxystilbene-3-O-β-D-glucopyranside(8).所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
