云南苦绳化学成分的研究

         

摘要

采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱、半制备型HPLC等方法从云南苦绳中分离纯化了6种化学成分.通过红外光谱、一维核磁共振波谱、二维核磁共振波谱、质谱等方法确定其化学结构为二十烷酸(1)、d,γ-二棕榈酸甘油脂(2)、β-谷甾醇(3)、4a-甲基-胆甾-7-烯-3-β-醇(4)、3,4’-二甲氧基4,9,9’-三羟基-苯并呋喃木脂素-7'-烯(5)、松脂素(6).化合物1-6均为首次从云南苦绳根茎中分离得到.%Six chemical constituents were separated and purified by Silica gel chromatography column,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography column and semi-preparative HPLC from the roots of Dregea sinensis Hemsl.Their chemical structures were established on the basis of IR,1D and 2D NMR data and MS analyses.These compounds were identified as icosanoic (1),α,γ-dipalmitin (2),β-sitosterol (3),4-methyl-cholesta-7-ene-3β-ol (4),3,4 '-dimethoxyl-4,9,9'-trihydroxylbenzofuranneolignan-7 '-ene (5),pinoresinol (6).Compounds 1-6 were isolated from the roots of Dregea sinensis Hemsl for the first time.
