中美城市规划评估比较研究

Urban planning evaluation is an important link in the process of urban planning, which is the main means to inspect the effectiveness of urban planning and an important legal basis of new or revised urban planning. This article will make a comparative study on the urban planning evaluation of China and America in evaluator, evaluation object and evaluation method, in order to promote the development of the urban planning evaluation of China.%城市规划评估是城市规划过程中的重要环节，是检测规划有效性的主要手段，也是新编或修编城市规划的重要法定依据。本文从“谁来评估”、“评估什么”和“如何评估”三个层面，对中美城市规划评估的评估主体、评估内容和评估方法进行理论和实践比较，以期推动我国城市规划评估的发展。
