航空发动机工作历程自动记录系统的研制及应用

         

摘要

Aiming at a turbo shaft engine on airport in use by relying on manual evaluation of the cycle life, an engine operation history automatic recording system and calculating method of the cycle life evaluation for the engine, taking off-touch down times and the flying hours for the helicopter are successfully developed in this project. The system can not only real-time, scientific and accurately records the engine operation hours, consumption cycle numbers, over speed status, but also records helicopter flying time and taking off-touch down times. The functions of this system include built in self test, field verify, parameters pre-set and so on. It can be applied on a variety types of turbo shaft engine. This automactic recording system has been equipped on different engines of 11 types of helicopters both imported and domestic made. Hundreds of running applications prove that the system is safe and reliable.%针对某型涡轴发动机在外场使用中依靠人工估算循环寿命的消耗情况,制定了发动机循环寿命、直升机训练起落次数和飞行时间的计算方法,研制了航空发动机工作历程自动记录系统.该系统不仅可实时、科学准确地记录发动机的工作时间、消耗的循环数和超转幅值,还可记录直升机飞行时间和训练起落次数,系统具有自检、外场校验、参数预置等多种功能,通用性和适应性强.研制的系统已推广应用于国产和国外引进的11种机型的不同发动机上,经数百台的装机使用证明,其工作稳定,安全可靠.
