核心素养背景下体育课程指导纲要发展方向——以浙江省为例

         

摘要

在探讨学生体育学科核心素养体系的基础上,解读《浙江省义务教育体育与健康课程指导纲要》:从"技术、体能、运用"三维度引领构建单元,从"三类教学内容"选择内容,从一堂课的基本要求评价课堂教学3个方面践行中小学体育课程教学,提出聚焦技术学练、注重"技体"融合、追求运用至上、渗透"情德"无痕4条培育学生体育学科素养的行动策略.研究建议,制定地方《体育课程指导纲要》应侧重于深入挖掘教学内容中培育核心素养的功能价值、创新设计课程实施中培育核心素养的有效策略和合理选择学习评价中核心素养要素的内容方法.%On the basis of probing into student core attainment connotations and the physical education disciplinary core attainment system, the author interpreted Compulsory Physical Education and Health Curriculum Guidelines of Zhejiang Province: to practice elementary and middle school physical education curriculum teaching in such 3 as-pects as guiding unit establishment based on such three dimensions as "technique, stamina and application", select-ing contents from "three types of teaching contents" and evaluating classroom teaching according to the basic re-quirements of a class, and put forward the following 4 action strategies for cultivating students' physical education disciplinary core attainments: focus on technique learning and practicing; value "technique and sport" fusion; pursue application utmost; permeate "emotional virtue" seamlessly. When establishing local Physical Education Curricu-lum Guidelines, we should emphasize more on digging deeper for the functional values of cultivating core attain-ments in teaching contents, innovate on effective strategies for cultivating core attainments in designed curriculum implementation, and rationally select core attainment contents and methods in learning evaluation, so as to better actualize cultivating disciplinary core attainments.
