Caspase-3和E-cadherin在胃癌组织中的表达及其意义

摘要

目的:研究胃癌组织中Caspase-3和E-cadherin的表达与胃癌临床病理因素之间的关系及其意义,分析胃癌组织中这两种蛋白表达之间的相关性.方法:应用免疫组化方法检测75例胃癌患者手术切除的癌组织及相应的癌旁组织中的Caspase-3和E-cadherin表达情况,分析两种蛋白的表达与胃癌临床病理参数之间的关系及两种蛋白在胃癌组织中表达的相关性.结果:Caspase-3和E-cadherin在胃癌组织中的表达显著低于癌旁组织(P＜0.05).Caspase-3在胃癌组织中的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、肿瘤部位无关,而与肿瘤浸润深度、TNM分期、淋巴结转移、组织分化程度显著相关.E-cadherin在胃癌组织中的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤部位、肿瘤大小、浸润深度无关,而与TNM分期、组织分化程度、有无淋巴结转移显著相关.胃癌组织中Caspase-3与E-cadherin的表达呈正相关(r=0.238,P=0.040).结论:Caspase-3和E-cadher-in在胃癌组织中的表达显著降低,两者与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关.在胃癌组织中Caspase-3与E-cad-herin的表达呈正相关(r=0.238,P=0.040),可能协同参与胃癌的恶性进程.%Objective:To study the relationship of the expressions of Caspase-3 and E-cadherin with the clinicopathological parameters in gastric cancer tissues and their significance.To analyze the correlation between the expressions of the two proteins in gastric cancer tissues.Methods:The expressions of Caspase-3 and E-cadherin in 75 specimens of gastric cancer tissues and coressponding adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationship of the expressions between Caspase-3 and E-cadherin with the clinicopathological parameters and their correlations in gastric cancer tissues were analyzed.Results:The expressions of Caspase-3 and E-cadherin in gastric cancer tissues were significantly lower than that in adjacent tissues(P ＜ 0.05).The expression of Caspase-3 in gastric cancer tissues had no relationship with gender, age, tumor size and tumor location, but they had significant relationship with the depth of tumor invasion,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis, histological differentiation.The expression of E-cadherin in gastric cancer tissues had no relationship with gender, age, tumor location,tumor size and the depth of tumor invasion, but had significant relationship with TNM stage, histological differentiation,lymph node metastasis.In gastric cancer tissues, the expressions of Caspase-3 and E-cadherin were positively correlated (r =0.238, P =0.040).Conclusion:The expression of Caspase-3 and E-cadherin in gastric cancer was significantly decreased, closely related to the occurrence and development of gastric cancer.In gastric cancer tissues, the expressions of Caspase-3 and E-cadherin were positively correlated(r =0.238,P =0.040).They might cooperatively participate in the malignant progression of gastric cancer.
