论领导行为的本质及其道德性

Leadership is different from management in essence, for leadership is a process by which the leader and his/her followers influence each other and achieve their mutual purposes. As leadership can be ei- ther ethical or unethical, its morality should be judged in terms of its process and content.%领导行为与管理行为有本质的区别。领导是领导者与追随者相互影响，实现共同愿景的过程。领导行为既可以是道德的，也可以是不道德的，判断领导行为的道德性，应当从过程与内容两个方面进行。
