协同培养模式下的高职食品类课程建设与实践--以广州城市职业学院为例

         

摘要

As the core of specialty construction in higher vocational colleges, course construction and reform is also the core of constructing a modern occupational education system. Based on the culture of collaborative training, this study takes the major of Food Nutrition and Detection of Guangzhou City Polytechnic as an example. Construction and reform of specialized courses are discussed, which makes the curriculum system of Food Nutrition and Detection to be more adaptable to meet job requirements of the occupation, so as to promote the employment and help improve the serving of vocational education to economic construction.%课程建设和改革是高职院校专业建设的核心,也是构建现代职业教育体系的核心。本研究以协同培养为基础,以广州城市职业学院食品营养与检测专业为例论述课程建设和实践,使得食品营养与检测专业的课程体系能更好地满足职业岗位工作要求,促进毕业生就业,进而促使职业教育更好的服务区域经济建设。
