多区段肝切除治疗肝内胆管结石124例

摘要

Objective　To evaluate the effect of the segments hepatectomy for hepatolithiasis.Methods　Retrospective analysis of the clinical data was made in 124 cases of hepatolithiasis treated by segmental hepatectomy from Jan,1983 to Dec,1998.Results　Biliointestinal internal drainage was done in all except that 8 cases.One case death postoperation in this series.100 cases were followed up from 6 months to 9 years,87% patients showed excellent or good outcome.Conclusion　The segmental hepatectomy is promising and effective for patients with hepatolithiasis.%目的探讨多区段肝切除术治疗肝内胆管结石的效果。方法对1983年1月～1998年12月行多区段肝切除术治疗的124例肝内胆管结石的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 124例多区段肝切除术中除8例外均加各式胆肠内引流术。本组手术死亡1例。100例获随访6月～9年，远期疗效优良率87%。结论肝叶、段切除术是治疗肝内胆管结石较理想而有效的方法。
