观察植物表皮结构实验的探讨

摘要

在观察植物表皮实验的教学中,培养学生的创新能力,增加创新性的实验是对教师的一个挑战.在这个实验的教学中,通过置换实验材料,改变观察部位两种方法,对常用实验材料进行了进一步的观察,发现芹菜是一种非常优良的植物学实验材料,可以观察到厚角组织、气孔和纹孔的存在.在芹菜叶轴部位的上表皮同时具有气孔和纹孔的存在,而且观察效果非常好.采用置换实验材料,改变观察部位可以对生物科学基础性实验进行一些改良,增加传统实验的创新性.%How to improve the student′s creativity and increase the number of innovative experiment in usual experiment of viewing the epidermis in plant science is a big challenge for most teachers.We viewed the different place of usual experimental material.It was found that celery is a good material for viewing collenchymas,stoma and pit.Stoma and pit can be found in the upper epidermis of ra-chis.Replacement of the experimental material and change of observing place can be used to improve the elemental experiment.Re-placement of the experimental material and change of observing place can add the innovation of elemental experiment.
