木聚糖是一种低热量的生物活性物质,广泛应用于食品和医药工业。为了充分地利用农业废弃物(玉米芯),采用超声波法提取玉米芯中的木聚糖,讨论了液固比、碱液浓度、超声功率、超声时间和温度对木聚糖提取率的影响。结果表明:在液固比20∶1 mL/g,NaOH溶液浓度10%,超声功率240 W,超声时间40 min和提取温度65℃条件下,可以获得高质量和高提取率的木聚糖。利用超声波法从玉米芯中提取木聚糖成本低、能耗小和效率高,具有重要的应用价值。%As a low calorie bioactive compound, xylan was widely used in food and pharmaceutical industry. In order to take full advantage of agricultural waste, ultrasound was utilized to extract xylan from corncob. Five factors were discussed including to liquid-solid ratio, base solution concentration, ultrasound power, ultrasound time and temperature. It was shown that xylan with high quality and extraction rate was prepared under following conditions:liquid-solid ratio 20∶1 mL/g, NaOH concentration 10%, ultrasound power 240 W, ultrasound time 40min and temperature 65 ℃. Ultrasound technology used to extract xylan from corncob could lower cost, decrease energy consumption and improve extraction efficiency, which has important practical application value.
