溶胶-凝胶法制备高折射GPTMS/TiO_2-ZrO_2材料

         

摘要

以正钛酸四丁酯、四正丁氧基锆和γ-(2,3-环氧丙氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(GPTMS)为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法,通过在玻璃上涂膜、热固化交联方式制备了具有高折射良好透明性的GPTMS/TiO2-ZrO2纳米复合杂化材料。采用FTIR、AFM、紫外可见分光光度计、椭偏仪等对杂化膜进行表征。结果表明,所制备的杂化膜平整性好,在可见光范围膜层的透过率在91%以上,膜层在632.8nm处的折射率随着TiO2-ZrO2质量分数的增加(10wt%~50wt%)在1.491~1.618范围内变化。%Nanocomposites hybrid materials of GPTMS/TiO2-ZrO2 with high refractive index and transparency were synthesized through Sol-Gel method,tetrabutoxytitanate and zirconium n-tetrabutanoxide including γ-Glycidoxypropyl trimethoxysilane(GPTMS) were employed as sources of the titania-zirconia sol and the silica sol,respectively.Subsequently,hybrid films were abtain with thermal curing crosslinking after spin coating or dip-coating on glass substrates.The hybrid ?lms have been characterized via FTIR,AFM,UV-vis,ellipsometer etc.The results indicated that the hybrid ?lms displayed homogeneous morphology and transmittances are higher than 91% in the visible range.RI of the films increased from 1.491 to 1.618 at 632.8nm titania-zirconia mass fraction from 10% to 50 %.
