PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a membrane product which contains complex oxide comprising aluminum and copper and has an excellent orientation without using an expensive substrate such as alumina substrate.;SOLUTION: There is provided a membrane product containing complex oxide comprising aluminum and copper. The membrane product is formed on a surface other than a (0001) surface of sapphire. When X-ray diffraction pattern of the membrane product is measured with X-ray having Kα property for Cu, under a state where peak strength of diffraction line having the highest intensity within a range of diffraction angle 2θ from 31° to 33° is 100, the peak strength of the diffraction line having the highest intensity within a range of diffraction angle 2θ from 36° to 38° is 15 or less.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
