“双轨合一”下临床医学专业学位研究生压力现状与发展因素的实证研究*--以北京中医药大学附属东直门医院为例

摘要

The education of postgraduate students with medical specialty degree and the standardized training of resident doctors are two significant components of the personnel training work for medical practice and health ser⁃vice in our country. To combine the two components into one is of great importance. Through empirical research, this paper analyzed the stress status, development status and its influencing factors of the postgraduates with medi⁃cal specialty degree after the standardized training so as to find the source of stress and its causes. Measures of“double tracks combined into one”were put forward to get a win-win effect.%医学专业学位研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训二者“双轨合一”有重要的意义。在阐述“双规合一”必要性基础上，通过实证研究，分析了临床医学专业学位研究生规范化培训后的压力现状、发展状况及其影响因素，从而寻找到压力来源和成因，并从心理危机干预、相关政策改善、自我调节能力提升等方面，提出“双轨合一”研究生教育创新模式的相关措施，使研究生培养与住院医师规范化培训能够得到有机结合，取得双赢的效果。
