人体广州管圆线虫血清抗体的ELISA法的临床诊断价值

摘要

Aim To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of an enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) for serum antibody in the angiostrongyliasis patient.Methods Serum antibody was detected by using ELISA in 34 patients with angiostrongyliasis,and was followed up for 15 months.Results The positive rate of serum antibody in angiostrongyliasis on 0.5～1 month,4 months and 15 months after attack was 96.12%,92.59% and 76.92% respectively.The sensitivity of early diagnosis was 94.12%,the specificity was 82.35%.Conclusions ELISA possesses highly sensitivity and large value of clinical application.This way can apply to a popular serum epidemiological mass survey in focus.%目的 评估ELISA法检测人体广州管圆线虫血清抗体的临床意义。方法 采用ELISA检测法，对34例广州管圆线虫病患者进行血清抗体检测，并随访15个月。结果 发病后0.5～1个月血清抗体阳性率为94.12%，4个月为92.59%，15个月为76.92%，早期诊断的敏感性为94.12%，特异性为82.35%。结论 ELISA检测法具有很高的敏感性，具有很大的临床应用价值，可用于疫区人群的血清流行病学普查。
