臂丛神经损伤患者生活质量及影响因素调查

摘要

Objective To investigate the level and influencing factors of quality of life in patients with traumatic brachial plexus injury.Methods Totally 103 patients with brachial plexus injury were investigated by the World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF(WHOQOL-BREF) and the Chinese version of FACES Ⅱ.Results The score of quality of life in patients with brachial plexus injury was 65.78±15.24,and the factor scores were significantly lower than the norm(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01) in the physical,psychological and environmental fields.Regression analysis showed that age,injuries to the side of the dominant hand,upper limb function score,score of family intimacy and family income were influencing factors of quality of life.Conclusion The quality of life in patients with brachial plexus injury is compromised by the injury of limb and is influenced by multiple factors.It is suggested to strengthen physical and psychological nursing for them with the cooperation of their family.%目的 调查臂丛神经损伤患者术后生活质量,并分析其影响因素.方法 采用WHO生活质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)、家庭亲密度和适应性量表中文版(FACESⅡ-CV),对103例臂丛神经损伤手术后患者进行问卷调查.结果 臂丛神经损伤患者生活质量得分为(65.78±15.24)分,生理、心理和环境领域得分均低于常模(P＜0.05或P＜0.01).回归分析显示,年龄、受伤侧与优势手是否为同侧、上肢功能得分、家庭亲密度得分、家庭人均月收入是臂丛神经损伤患者生活质量的影响因素.结论 臂丛神经损伤患者的生活质量明显下降,且影响因素较为复杂,应联合家属加强对患者生理和心理双方面的护理.
