目的 构建军队医院文职护士灾害救护核心能力体系.方法 通过文献资料法、理论分析法及质性研究法,运用德尔菲(Delphi)专家咨询法建立军队医院文职护士灾害救护核心能力体系.结果 军队医院文职护士灾害救护核心能力体系包含灾害救护自身准备阶段、急救护理、灾害救护应对、灾后护理4部分,其中I级指标4个、Ⅱ级指标33个.结论 军队医院文职护士灾害救护核心能力体系各级指标的条目专家意见集中,研究结果可信度高,为编写应急预案、灾害护理教材,制订完善的培训方案,全面提高军队医院文职护士应急对灾害救护的能力提供依据.建立文职护士灾害救护核心能力体系是确保应急救护保障能力的重要举措.%Objective To develop the disaster first aid professional competence system of civilian nurses in military hospitals. Methods The draft indicators of disaster first aid professional competence of civilian nurses was developed based on literature review, theoretical analysis and qualitative research. Delphi technique was conducted to identify the indicators. Results The disaster first aid professional competence system of civilian nurses included preparation phase, first aid, disaster response and post-disaster care, which consisted of four first-level indicators and 33 second-level items. Conclusion The experts showed high degree of agreement on the indicators of disaster first aid professional competence of civilian nurses. It provides basis for making emergency response project, editing disaster nursing textbooks and target training of disaster first aid.
