Objective To evaluate the effects of the AIDET (acknowledge, introduce, duration, explanation, thank you) communication mode in the postoperative follow-up services of pain management. Methods The standard phrases of AIDET communication mode in the postoperative follow-up services of pain management were formulated. The specialized pain control nurses provided follow up services for 2061 patients from April to June,2012. The patients' compliance and satisfaction with pain services and efficacy of pain management were assessed. Results The staff of pain services team communicated well with the patient and achieved satisfactory efficacy of pain management, and the patients showed high compliance and satisfaction with pain services. Conclusion Application of the AIDET communication mode in the postoperative pain management can achieve satisfactory efficacy and improve the quality of postoperative pain management.%目的 探讨术后镇痛随访中应用AIDET沟通模式的效果.方法 建立术后镇痛随访AIDET沟通标准用语,由疼痛专科专职护士随访2012年4～6月术后镇痛患者2061例.应用自行设计的评估单,对镇痛服务依从性、镇痛效果、疼痛管理服务满意度进行评估.结果 疼痛管理团队成员与患者沟通良好,患者对镇痛服务依从性高,镇痛效果好,患者对疼痛管理服务满意度高.结论 疼痛专职专科护士在术后随访中运用AIDTE沟通模式能够获得良好的沟通效果,有助于提高疼痛管理质量.
