A new method of evidence fusion with high degree of conflict was proposed for the deficiency of conflicting handling by Dempster's rule. Evidence is classified into three categories: evidence of reliability, evidence of no conflict, evidence of conflict. The influence of these three categories of evidences on fusion results when discounted are analyzed respectively. On these bases, belief distance and conjunctive conflict are utilized in a sequence to distinguish the evidence of reliability and the evidence of no conflict.The discounting factors of these two categories of evidences are set to one, which keeps the evidences hold the right hypothesis to a great extant and makes the fusion results focus onto the right hypothesis more strongly. Examples of some missile fault diagnosis show the superiority of the new method in fusing conflicting evidences as well as reliable evidences. The new method improves the reliability and rationality of fusion results compared with traditional methods.%针对证据理论Dempster规则不能融合冲突证据的缺陷,提出了一种有效融合冲突证据的新方法.将证据划分为可信证据、不冲突证据和冲突证据3类,分析了该3类证据折扣对融合结果的影响.在此基础上,依次采用证据距离和合取冲突辨识出可信证据与不冲突证据,并赋予该2类证据折扣因子1,极大程度地保留了证据对正确假设的支持,从而提高了融合结果向正确假设聚焦的能力.某型导弹故障诊断实例表明,新的方法融合冲突证据效果良好,同时也适用于可信证据的融合,与其它典型算法相比,在收敛性和可靠性方面体现了优越性.
