Objective:To explore clinical features of Crohn's disease.Methods: The clinical data of 25 inpatients with Crohn's disease were reviewed regarding general information, clinical manifestations, complications, laboratory results, X-ray features, endoscopic findings and surgical confirmation. Results:Crohn's disease affected more males than females and was more prevalent in young adults, and the disease was characterized by ongoing/chronic symptoms with abdominal pain and cramping and diarrhea. The complications primarily included bowel obstruction and alimentary tract hemorrhage, though parenteral involvement was seen in some of the patients, small intestine and colon were affected most.Conclusion: Crohon's disease may present itself with complex sings and symptoms in clinic and consequently, leading to delayed diagnosis. Generally, identification depends on the X-ray and endoscopic examination.Surgery may be preceded by pathological confimation, whereas operative indications should be strictly controlled.%目的:探讨克罗恩病( CD ) 临床特点.方法:回顾性分析25例克罗恩病住院患者的一般资料、临床表现、并发症、实验室检查、X线、内镜检查和手术情况.结果:CD好发于男性,多见于青壮年,慢性起病.临床表现以腹痛、腹泻及腹块为主; 肠梗阻及消化道出血为其主要并发症,部分患者有肠外表现; 病变常累及小肠和结肠.结论:CD临床表现复杂多样,易延误诊断,克罗恩病的诊断主要依靠X线及内镜检查,手术为获得病理诊断的主要方式,但应严格掌握手术适应证.
