摘要

The phenomenon of appearance of thermo-emf in titanium nickelide of equiatomic composition upon non-stationary heating is studied. The peculiarities of kinetics for thermokinetic emf during thermocycling are also determined. The possibility of generation of thermo-emf in amorphous-crystalline ribbon of Ti_(50)Ni_(25)Cu_(25) during the transition to crystalline state is found.
