摘要

We have established the mimotope peptide of anti-AB42 fibril antibody, TAT-B6-C15 that has a blocking ability against AB42 fibrillation by binding to prefibril AB42 oligomers. In this paper, we showed the binding activity of TAT-B6-C15 to AB42 plaques in brain sections of Alzheimer's disease model mouse, J20.
