摘要

LC-HR-MS~(n) coupled on-line to biochemical assays provides information on both bioactivity and chemical identity in complex mixtures. Fragmentation studies allow the identification of the regio-isomers formed. Alkylation of ring 4, N6'" of neomycin is important in the antibacterial activity of the derivatives.
