New-Witten Process for DMT Production

摘要

New-Witten process for DMT production has been developed on the basis of the old Witten process. The new process utilize many new technical improvements, such as the technique of the jet loop reactor, new esterification, high standard solvent crystallization, special fractional crystallization, precise and low thermal stability distillation, catalyst recovery and simulation of complex system. Compared with the old one , New -Witten process is shorten, several recycle flows are cut off, production capacity is increased largely and is more advanced and competitive.
