摘要

Aiming at the diversity of emergency aerial photogrammetric mission requirements and the complexity of ground-air environment, which causes the hard adaption of resources matching and the low efficiency of route planning, this paper presents a fast adaptation method for the UAV aerial photogrammetric mission planning. First, this paper builds the unified model of emergency aerial photogrammetric mission in the semantic space to intensively express and simulate the mission requirements and low altitude environment. Second, we propose an evaluation method based on the efficiency function, which achieves the adaptive matching of UAV aerial resources and mission. Lastly, considering the emergency aerial resource properties, the complex air-ground environment and the mission requirements, this paper achieves the accurate design of UAV route. Our experimental results show that the method is scientific and efficient which greatly enhances the emergency response rate.
