Logistic Development Forecasting of CEKE Port Based on the Grey Theory

With the rapid development of economy, port logistics has become a new economic growth point in Inner Mongolia. Firstly, the development status of the port logistics is analyzed from infrastructure, logistics location layout, logistics development, and other aspects in this paper; then, the scale of CEKE port logistics is obtained through establishment of Grey model GM (1,1) and the second moving average model. Finally, policy measures for the development of port logistics are proposed from four aspects on the basis of forecasting conclusion.
